All the designs of the housing complex in these villas are based on very innovative and unique concepts. Every unit is an independent separate entry, a separate car parking etc. We provide all infrastructure facilities as per the guidelines given by PUDA.

The dwelling units have been planned in such a manner so as to ensure excellent ventilation for all parts of the unit. Each unit design consists of a large Drawing/ Dinning/ Lobby having a separate entry to the drawing room and dining/ lobby. They have spacious bedrooms with attached toilets and spacious and well ventilated kitchens.

While designing these, placement of the furniture has also been kept in mind. The location of doors asnd windows has also been in such a manner that these do not interfere with the movement of the furniture. Underground telephone cable connectivity will be provided to every home.

Note: Presently 8 marla houses are available but 6 marla houses can be made on order within the period of 12 to18 months.
